Usage is what the work cost to do: writing the brief, painting the picture, checking it. So the prices are small and they are not round.

Questions

Do I need an account to try it?

No. The first two pictures for a brand need nothing at all: no account, no key, no card. An account is free too, and comes with free usage every day.

How does my own Orbio balance make this free?

An Orbio key pays for AI work out of your Orbio balance. With your key on your account, Otis sends the work for your jobs through Orbio on that key. Orbio takes it from your balance and we have nothing to charge you for. If you hold your balance in a wallet, one signature from that wallet is the key, and nothing has to be pasted.

Is my key safe here?

It is checked with Orbio once, then stored encrypted. Only its last four characters are ever shown again, and no page or answer from our server carries it. You can take it off your account at any time.

How do I top up?

From the wallet on your account, on Robinhood Chain. With CREDIT you approve one burn. With USDG you approve twice: once to let Orbio’s market take the USDG, once to buy CREDIT and burn it. ORBIO is one transfer at its market price. Usage is added when the chain shows the payment, usually in seconds, and no wallet key of ours is involved.

Can I pay from Orbio’s own dashboard?

Yes. Activate CREDIT for the store’s account, whose address is on the Economy page, from the wallet that is on your Otis account. It is found on the chain and added to your usage, usually within a couple of minutes.

Why does an app by another developer need topped-up usage?

Its developer is paid in CREDIT for every call, so a call has to be backed by CREDIT somebody paid in. The free dollar and your own Orbio balance cover the AI work Otis does itself.

What happens to usage I do not use?

Topped-up usage stays until you use it. The free day is a moving day: what you used comes back twenty four hours after you used it.
